We love the North Shore Inn!
We love the North Shore Inn! It offers the perfect mix of beach, pool, and an ideal location. There are two suggestions we have for improvement. First, changing the door locks to digital keypads would be much more convenient than carrying a hard key around. Second, it would be very helpful if the rooms were equipped with a vacuum. After a week with young kids, crumbs can really add up, and an in-room vacuum would make it easier for us and assist housekeeping. Overall, a fantastic place to stay!

Condo Review
Check-In process and people were great. Over all very nice location, pool and other facilities were nice. The interior of the condo is old and outdated, needs a bit of an update. Carpet,paint,bathroom. Kitchen was lacking complete cooking pan set.

A great place to stay.
You can’t beat the location of this place. My husband and sons agreed this is one of the best places we’ve stayed at for our time here in Traverse City. We’d recommend this condo to anyone who wants to stay in Traverse City.

Fantastic Place!
North Shores was incredibly beautiful and clean. The best part was the staff. Jamie and Katie were so kind and helpful. They all went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We would definitely return and I recommend it to all. We have stayed in several places in Traverse City and this was by far the best.

all good except, snow kept blowing blocking our entrance, and as soon as you walk in very musty mildew smell, burned a candle, that helped some, stayed here many times, would again andtypically i like this unit best when only needing 2 br 1 bath( have rented 2 br 2 bath before also)but would maybe pick a different one unless mildew issue resolved

Great one night stay at North Shore Inn Condo Hotel
My friend and I stayed in a 2 bedroom on the first floor for one night. Check-in was easy, and the condo was clean and welcoming. There was a great value to staying here, and I will stay again.

Nice Condo in a Perfect Location
All of these condos face the gorgeous Grand Traverse Bay, and they are clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with essentials. Property staff are very friendly and helpful. Only downside was that the furnace was extremely loud and ran almost constantly (50+° and windy weather), making conversation and even sleeping a bit of a challenge

Beautiful location
The condo at north shore inn was lovely. My only complaint is the late check-in and early check-out. It was expensive and you don’t get to enjoy the first day or last bc of the 4pm check in and 10am check out.

Thank you for your comments. Being a Condo it does take us a bit more time to get the unit clean and ready. We always offer the opportunity for late check out and you can always call to see if the room is ready. If the unit is ready we have no reason not to let you check in early. Weekend Getaway
The condo was very nice. The only issue we had was the coffee pot took like 30 minutes to brew a full pot and the condo is not very sound proof. You can hear walking from the unit overhead and everytime the toilet or water is running in the condo above, you can hear it. Also, the cleaning people need to whisper in the early morning hours when they start working or at least keep their voices down because they speak right outside of the windows on the ground floor which is where this unit it. Overall, I would stay again unfortunately I can't afford the summer rates but off season is nice to wine touring!
