Condo unit 301 is a third-floor penthouse condo featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It has wonderful beach views from the living area as well as the master bedroom (which is on the 2nd story of this unit!) - both areas have private patios with easy access to our private beach. This large, spacious unit gives lots of space and privacy for larger families enjoying a beachfront vacation together. The master bedroom with it's own master bathroom and master balcony are on the 2nd floor while the 2nd bedroom, 2nd bathroom, kitchen, and living area are on the first floor of this top-floor unit. It's truly a remarkable Traverse City unit! Plus, this unit is a corner unit, which features extra windows that provide lots of natural light throughout the entire unit.

Comfy Cozy Stay
Nice and quiet location. Conveniently located near grocery stores and restaurants. The Best Place to Stay in the Grand Traverse Area!
We stayed in a lovely two story, two bedroom, two bathroom unit on the top floor. It truly feels lake staying in your own place. Fully equipped, nice furniture, good technology, and a perfect kitchen. The two balconies offer incredible views of the Grand Traverse Bay. Jamie and Heaven were really great and took care of our every need. I highly recommend staying at the Northshore Inn. Family Vacation
We have been coming to North Shore Inn for over 30 years, since our children were young and now with them and our Grandchildren. It is our most special time of year and this year did not disappoint!! Another Great stay
North Shore Inn is fantastic place to rent a condo. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We stayed in 301 and had our Thanksgiving there. Kitchen is fully stocked with whatever you need to cook with. One of the best stocked kitchens I have ever seen. If I can say anything negative it would be the windows are very drafty and you hear a lot of road noise in the front bedroom. Traverse City Lake View
Good location absolutely beautiful lake front view. The Inn management personnel was excellent. We had a few issues inside condo when we arrived and they fixed them ASAP. Condo could use some paint to refresh its look as well as some furniture upgrade. Couch was not comfortable at all both beds were very comfortable. This location is amazing! The beach was great. It had a sandbar and the water was clear and warm. Cozy with a great view!
Spectacular view of the lake! Clean and comfortable. Nicely decorated with comfy beds. Like most hotels it is on the main street so you can hear traffic...all night long! Also like most hotels the water pressure in the showers is pathetic. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice beach area. There was a large sand bar that allowed you to walk pretty far out into the bay in ankle deep water. SUPERB Accommodations
Wonderful 2night stay... no c/o... 2 minor suggestions... faint odor on entering unit..Unit was very clean... the odor was only on entering and quickly faded...second was an upstairs bathtub faucet drip.
