Condo unit 309 is a third-floor penthouse condo featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It has wonderful beach views from the living area as well as the master bedroom (which is on the 2nd story of this unit!) - both areas have private patios with easy access to our private beach. This large, spacious unit gives lots of space and privacy for larger families enjoying a beachfront vacation together. The master bedroom with it's own master bathroom and master balcony are on the 2nd floor while the 2nd bedroom, 2nd bathroom, kitchen, and living area are on the first floor of this top-floor unit. It's truly a remarkable Traverse City unit! Plus, this unit is a corner unit, which features extra windows that provide lots of natural light throughout the entire unit.

February Wine Trip

Fun Times at North Shore TC
We stayed here in September 2024, and returned in September 2025 for our annual Wine Tasting week with our family. We absolutely love North Shore Inn TC. The pictures, description, layout and amenities are accurate. Customer service is outstanding; Jamie, Shawnee, Elise are amazing. We loved #309, but a couple items need repair. 1) Upstairs shower door does not have bottom guides so they do not slide on bottom rail. They swing inward like a swings on a swings. 2) The first floor bathroom barn door does not have a stopper so the door goes past the area that it should stop making it difficult to close. I'm sure maintenance will occur during the slow period of their rental season. We look forward to staying at North Shore Inn TC again in 2026. Great view!
Wow what a view of the bay! The rooms were clean, beds comfortable. We loved having a kitchen, we made breakfast every morning. Beautiful, relaxing beach front.
Everything went very well for us. We enjoyed our room on the third story- corner very much. Upstairs room and bathroom is very spacious. I liked that the beach was quiet- not too busy.

Awesome room and view!

Perfect for family
The North Shore Inn was the perfect place for our family to stay in traverse city. With separate bedrooms and a living area, we had privacy and were able to get our 1 yr old to sleep without having to sit in silence like in a hotel room!
