Condo unit 305 is our most-desired modern penthouse third-floor condo featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It has wonderful beach views from the living area as well as the master bedroom (which is on the 2nd story of this unit!) - both areas have private patios with easy access to our private beach. This large, spacious unit gives lots of space and privacy for larger families enjoying a beachfront vacation together. The master bedroom with it's own master bathroom and master balcony are on the 2nd floor while the 2nd bedroom, 2nd bathroom, kitchen, and living area are on the first floor of this top-floor unit. Excellent experience
Everything was to perfection!!! The manager Jaime was top notch, he was very attentive and made sure our experience was nothing short of perfect. It was a gorgeous unit with everything very clean and tidy. The unit was very cozy and felt like home. We had any and all appliances and dishes that we could have ever needed. Family Vacation 2025
North Shore Inn has been our Heaven on Earth for 30 years and this year did not disappoint. Our Unit, 305, was just perfect. New dishes and a few other upgrades made it even better. The beach and pool were clean and beautiful and our kids and Grandkids loved every minute there. Jamie and the Front Desk ladies were so helpful and pleasant. We would never go anywhere else. GIRLS TRIP 2025
The rental was exactly as described. It was clean, updated & had beautiful views from the balcony.
We did not have a chance to get in the pool but it looked very nice & well maintained.
The temperature in the upstairs bedroom was a little warm but we were able to use the fan from downstairs and made it more comfortable. The front desk was very friendly & helpful. Review
The TV in the 2nd floor bedroom could not get a signal. An employee came twice to fix it, but was unable to. The blinds in the first floor bedroom were broken and would not close all the way. Our annual TC vacation
This was our 8th stay at Northshore. Obviously we like this property. Many things about the property work well for our family. They’ve made some nice updates. However, like any rental it’s not perfect. This year there were a few things that were annoyances. The unit wasn’t as clean when we arrived as it’s been in the past. Also, one of the bathroom sinks drained VERY slowly and although I was told someone would come and work on it no one ever came. We got it to work better ourselves but we don’t come to Northshore to clean or fix drains. The price of the rental has increased a lot since we’ve been coming and I because of the cost of rent we expect to get better service than I thought we did. I think they may have been short staffed and while I understand that they may need to hire more staff and/or pay them a better wage to keep good employees. Beautiful Condo with 2 levels of Lake Views!
Our Family of 5 vacationed in traverse city for 4 nights/5 days and had the best stay at the North Shore Inn! The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable about the area. They gave us some good tips on what to do in the area. Our Condo was super clean and had great furnishings. We were so comfortable staying there! We traveled over to the western coast to visit sleeping bear dunes and glen arbor and even drove all the way up to north port. It was a reasonable drive to everything and allowed us to be out away from the busy tourist areas. We would highly recommend North Shore Inn. Beachy Clean
Super nice, very well decorated, large bedroom upstairs overlooking the water, great views, fully equipped, close to stores, downtown restaurants, and peninsula to enjoy some wine ��.
