Condo unit 207 is a second-floor condo featuring 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. It features beautiful beach views from it's private balcony, which features two chairs and a table. Similar to other units in our property, it has a nice homey feel to it to make you feel comfortable and relaxed during your beachfront getaway. And the owner has added a lot of fun, unique decorative touches throughout the unit!

Tired in Traverse.
Unit was very noisy. Toilet flushing above us was like a Waterfall in the bedroom. Also was across from elevator so could hear that each time it was used. Refrigerator very noisy. Great stay
We were pleased to find a clean and well equipped unit. Close to many shops and restaurants. Short drive to many attractions.
Unit is on the beach which is cleaned daily.

Quiet with great views
Traverse city is the perfect coastal city. Not busy like Florida or California but all the same vibes. The room had everything we needed. The bed is comfy, the keurig worked well, the room had the perfect beach feel to it. Views from the 2nd floor were pristine. Great place to stay
We rented a 1 BR and it was perfect for 2. It was clean and comfortable with a great view of the bay. The staff is very professional and accommodating. Unit is very nice. Clean, well equipped. Shower did not work for my husband who is 6’3”. Shower head below his shoulders.
